A Technical Session on Geothermal Energy was organized at the Science & Technology Park, MUET, Jamshoro. The session, led by Prof. Dr. Amir Mahmood Soomro (Principal Investigator) and Dr. Ubedullah Ansari (Co-Principal Investigator), was conducted under the Sindh Research Support Program (SRSP) by the Sindh Higher Education Commission (HEC). The event was graced by Prof. Dr. Aneel Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor of MUET, as the Chief Guest, along with Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Larik, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Technology & Humanities, and Prof. Dr. Tanveer Hussain, Director of the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC). Students actively participated in insightful discussions exploring the potential of geothermal energy for a green and sustainable future.
